They say that every Oak Tree is "just a little nut that held its ground". Well, I don't know about that but you can sure see how my son has grown. This is us by a massive Oak tree in a park near our house in Barrie. Psalm 1 says that the blessed man "shall be like a tree planted..." That makes us think of permanence, stability and growth. That's my prayer; that as God has planted us here in Barrie, He would help us grow and bear fruit for Him. Tonight we will begin helping with AWANA, introducing boys and girls to the Savior through a Scripture memorization program.
